CGPS had a great response to the Photograph Competition held over the summer.
Photographs of the Greenbelt, taken within the Capel Parish boundary were to be submitted to celebrate the beautiful Capel Parish countryside. The charity is extremely grateful for the support and sponsorship of this competition by Mr Ames Tea, Reginald Ames Ltd, http://www.mramestea.com/
Photographs were judged using the following criteria: the story the photograph told about the Capel Greenbelt; the photograph’s impact; the lighting; its technical quality; creativity; composition; points of interests; use of colour; style and lastly, presentation.
While the standard of all the entries was exceptionally high, the winning entries stood out for their outstanding portrayal of the Capel Greenbelt.
We are delighted to announce the prize winners as follows;
1st Prize of £300 awarded to Annie Yapp
2nd Prize of £150 awarded to William Malpas
3rd Prize of £50 awarded to Robin Hollamby
